Buyer MUST message me first in order to ensure item can be made/designed.

Once design is finalized, there is no cancellation/refund. ALL sales are FINAL.
**Customer MUST be in communication with me to ensure overall and final design of custom badge reel -- otherwise the order will be cancelled by me**

**Please include a brief description of your order in the "personalization" option**

This reel comes with the option of choosing either a belt clip reel or a swivel alligator clip, the choice is yours!

Please be advised that every badge is made to order and is unique, but they will always closely resemble the approved design sent to customer, color variation may vary depending on users' screens / monitors settings **No 2 badge reels will be exactly the same, and slight imperfections may exist**

All items in my shop come with care cards / instructions to ensure the longevity of your purchase!
